Blueberry Mocktail (Smash)
A crisp and refreshing blueberry mocktail, served up with the perfect amount of sweet and sour to make this mocktail have that bite you look for in a cocktail.

1 cocktail shaker
Ingredients

seltzer

agave
½
lemon, juiced

cup
blueberries

sprig
thyme
Instructions
Add blueberries, lemon juice, and thyme, removed from stem, to a cocktail strainer. Use a muddler to muddle the blueberries into a pulp.
Add ice and agave and shake vigorously.
Pour the seltzer into the shaker and stir well. Strain the drink into a martini glass to serve up.
Notes
Roll the lemon on a cutting board to loosen up the juice before you cut it open to squeeze in.
Thaw the blueberries in the refrigerator overnight if using frozen blueberries.
