This ricotta filling is perfect to use with lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, and baked ziti! It's a combination of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, garlic, and salt for a delicious and rich flavor!
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use!

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The longer you store this ricotta mixture in the refrigerator, the more intense the garlic flavor will be. If you plan on storing it in the refrigerator for multiple days, I would suggest substituting garlic powder.
